Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
- 1/2 oz. Mezcal
- 1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
- 2-3 Peach Slice
- 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass’s Metaphysical Bitters
Garnish
- 1 Peach Slice
Instructions
- Muddle peach slices in the bottom of a shaker.
- Combine other ingredients in shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail of coupe glass.
- Garnish with cocktail a peach slice.
Honey Syrup
- In a pot combine 1-1/2 cups of honey and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve honey, and let cool. Keep refrigerated.
