• Muddle peach slices in the bottom of a shaker.
• Combine other ingredients in shaker.
• Shake with ice.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail of coupe glass. 
• Garnish with cocktail a peach slice.

Honey Syrup

• In a pot combine 1-1/2 cups of honey and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve honey, and let cool. Keep refrigerated.
