
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Rhum Agricole
 - 1/4 oz. Fernet-Branca
 - 3/4 oz. Ginger-Strawberry Syrup
 - 4 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass’s Oregon Cherry Bitters
 
Garnish
- 1 Mint Sprig
 
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
 - Shake with ice.
 - Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
 - Garnish with a mint sprig
 
Ginger-Strawberry Syrup
- In a pot combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, 4 strawberries, and 2 inches of ginger root (sliced). Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, let cool, and strain. Keep refrigerated.
