Ginger-Strawberry Syrup

Dr. I.J. Douglass's Oregon Cherry Bitters
Garnish

Mint Sprig
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig
Ginger-Strawberry Syrup
In a pot combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, 4 strawberries, and 2 inches of ginger root (sliced). Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, let cool, and strain. Keep refrigerated.
