Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz. Averna
- 3/4 oz. Bourbon
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 whole Egg White
- 4 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's South Seas Spice Bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
