Ingredients
- 2-1/2 oz. Rum
- 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1-1/2 oz. Cream of Coconut
- 4 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's South Seas Spice Bitters
Garnish
- 2 Cocktail Cherries
- 1 Pineapple Slice
Instructions
Neat
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with cocktail cherries or pineapple slice.
Blended
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
- Garnish with cocktail cherries or pineapple slice.
