• In an old fashioned glass rub an orange or lemon peel around the inside to coat with essential oils.
• Place one large ice cube in the glass.
• Pour ingredients over the ice cube.
• Stir to combine.
• Garnish with cocktail cherries, or a twist.

Simple Syrup

•  Bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, and let cool. Keep refrigerated.
  

Cocktail

• In a collins glass combine all ingredients except soda with ice.
• Stir vigorously.
• Add tonic water to taste.
• Garnish with a lime wedge.

• Muddle peach slices and rosemary sprig in the bottom of a shaker.
• Combine remaining ingredients in the shaker
  
• Shake with ice.
• Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. 
• Garnish with a peach slice.

• Garnish with lime wedge.
