Gin and Tonic

Ingredients
- 3 oz. Gin
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 3-4 oz. Tonic Water
- 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's West Indian Lime Bitters
Garnish
- 1 Lime Wedge
Instructions
Cocktail
- In a collins glass combine all ingredients except soda with ice.
- Stir vigorously.
- Add tonic water to taste.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
