Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. White Rum
- 1/4 oz. Ginger Syrup
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass’s Casablanca Bitters
- 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass’s Oaxacan Mole Bitters
Garnish
- Lime Wedge
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
Ginger Syrup
- Ginger Syrup: In a pot combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and 2 inches of ginger root (sliced). Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, let cool, and strain. Keep refrigerated.
