Ingredients
- 3 oz Bourbon, Rye, or Whiskey
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Club Soda
- 4 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass’s West Indian Lime Bitters
Garnish
- 1 Lime Wedge
Instructions
- In an old fashioned glass rub an orange or lemon peel around the inside to coat with essential oils.
- Place one large ice cube in the glass.
- Pour ingredients over the ice cube.
- Stir to combine.
- Garnish with cocktail cherries, or a twist.
Simple Syrup
- Bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, and let cool. Keep refrigerated.
