Ingredients
- 2 oz. Gin Dry Preferred
- 1/2 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass’s Casablanca Bitters
- 3 slices Jalapeno
- 5 Blueberries
- 5 Mint Sprig
Garnish
- Mint Sprig
Instructions
Cocktail
- Muddle solid ingredients in the bottom of a shaker.
- Combine all liquid ingredients in shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig
Simple Syrup
- Bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, and let cool. Keep refrigerated.
