Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Scotch
- 3/4 oz. Campari
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2-3 oz. Dry Hard Cider
- 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass’s Casablanca Bitters
Garnish
- 1 Lime Wedge
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except cider in a shaker.
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
- Top with cider.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or round.
Simple Syrup
- Bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, and let cool. Keep refrigerated.
