Martinez Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Gin
- 1.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 1/8 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
- 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Metaphysical Bitters
Garnish
- 1 Orange Peel
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Stir with ice
- Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- Express an orange peel over the glass, rub the glass rim, and garnish.
