- 2 oz. Canadian Whiskey
- 1/4 oz. Fernet-Branca
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass’s Maple Walnut Bitters
- 1 Cocktail Cherries
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
- Stir with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
- Bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, and let cool. Keep refrigerated.
