Blood and Sand
  • 3/4 oz. Scotch
  • 3/4 oz. Cherry Heering
  • 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Oaxacan Mole Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a blood orange peel.

    Sharky's Revenge
  • 3/4 oz. White Rum
  • 1/4 oz. Ginger Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Oaxacan Mole Bitters
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Metaphysical Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

    Ginger Syrup: In a pot combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and 2 inches of ginger root (sliced). Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, let cool, and strain. Keep refrigerated.

    Eureka Punch
  • 2 oz. Amber Rum
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
  • 1 oz. Honey Syrup
  • 2-3 oz. Ginger Beer
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Oaxacan Mole Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon wheel or peel. May be served over ice in a collins glass if preferred.



    Honey Syrup: In a pot combine 1-1/2 cups of honey and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve honey, and let cool. Keep refrigerated.

    Union Club Cocktail
  • 2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
  • 1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Campari
  • 1-1/4 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Oaxacan Mole Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and/or cocktail cherries.

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

  • 2 oz. Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz. Habenero Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Oaxacan Mole Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with cocktails cherries.

    Habenero Syrup: In a pot combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and 2 habenero peppers (sliced, carefully). Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, let cool, and strain. Keep refrigerated.

    Douglass Margarita
  • 1 oz. Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz. Mezcal
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Agave Syrup
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Oaxacan Mole Bitters

  • Place all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into an old fashioned glass with one large ice cube inside. Sprinkle a small amount of salt over the cocktail and garnish with a lime wheel.
