Beer and Smoke
  • 1 oz. Mezcal
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Hot Sauce
  • 5-6 oz. Pilsner or Mexican Lager
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Celery Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients except beer in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a pint or collins glass. Top with beer.

  • 3 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4-5 oz. Tomato Juice
  • 3-4 tsp. Hot Sauce
  • 3-4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4-6 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Celery Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients in a collins glass, stir to combine. Garnish sparingly, this isn't a meal it's a cocktail.

  • 2 oz. Old Tom Gin
  • 1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Celery Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

  • 2 oz. Aquavit
  • 3/4 oz. Triple Sec
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 slices Fennel
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Celery Bitters

  • Muddle fennel slices in the bottom of a shaker. Add all other ingredients to shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
