2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Maple Walnut Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
