Bamboozled Angel
  • 2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Maple Walnut Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.


    Cinnamon Syrup: In a pot combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and 2 cinnamon sticks (broken apart). Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, let cool, and strain. Keep refrigerated.

    Bamboozled Angel
    Toronto Cocktail
  • 2 oz. Canadian Whiskey
  • 1/4 oz. Fernet-Branca
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Maple Walnut Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Express an orange peel over the cocktail, rub the rim of glass, and discard. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.


    Simple syrup: Bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, and let cool. Keep refrigerated.

  • 1-1/2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1-1/2 oz. Ginger Ale
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Maple Walnut Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients except ginger ale in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon wheel.
