Hemingway Daiquiri
  • 2 oz. White Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's West Indian Lime Bitters

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.



    Simple syrup: Bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar, and let cool. Keep refrigerated.

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3-4 oz. Club Soda
  • 1 tsp. Sugar or 1 Sugar Cube
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's West Indian Lime Bitters

  • In a collins glass combine all ingredients except soda, stir vigorously. Add club soda to taste. Garnish with a lemon twist.

  • Muddle peach slices and rosemary in the bottom of a shaker, combine other ingredients, shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a peach slice.

    Gin and Tonic
  • 3 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3-4 oz. Tonic Water
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's West Indian Lime Bitters

  • In a collins glass combine gin, bitters, and lime juice over ice, stir to combine. Add tonic water to taste. Garnish with a lime wheel.

    Kentucky Summertime
  • 3 oz. Bourbon, Rye, or Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Club Soda
  • 2 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's West Indian Lime Bitters

  • In an old fashioned glass rub an orange and lemon peel around the inside to coat with essential oils. Place one large ice cube in glass. Combine all ingredients in glass and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel or peel.
